Meet Your Guide…
Hi, I’m Deondra, the Creatrix of LUMINA! Like many light workers, I’ve been empathic and intuitive since a child but had to hide my gifts. I overcame a lot of childhood trauma and many dark nights of the soul as an adult. At 18, I had my first spiritually transformative experience (STE) and I began to study meditation and spiritual laws. Shortly after, I became a massage therapist and a few years later a Reiki practitioner. Learning Reiki helped to activate my intuition and I started reading tarot.
Over the past 25 years, I’ve studied many types of spiritual practices, healing modalities, personal development techniques, meditation practices including Transcendental Meditation (TM), breath work, NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Somatic Trauma Healing. I share elements of all these modalities with my clients.
In 2019 I had another spiritual upgrade and I left my life behind in NYC where I was selling multi-million dollar properties as a real estate agent. I was guided to an excellent hypnotherapist who helped me discover what my higher self wanted to do in this next chapter of my life. I went on to become a Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist with The National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapist (NATH). I am also a life coach and training for my level 2 ICF Professional Certified Coach certification.
I’m now living my soul’s dream of traveling the world, empowering women to transform their lives and bringing more love and light to the planet. Namaste!

When working with Tarot, I don’t predict the future, I provide accurate insights and clarity based on your current energetic trajectory.
I connect with your higher self and your guides and ask for clarity and advice. I also call in Reiki angels who help set the tone for a loving and encouraging reading.
Every one of us receives messages from our soul and spiritual guides but sometimes the connection becomes blocked from mental activity, fear and other negative emotions.
Your tarot reading will help you to uncover blocks and hidden fears and empower you to reconnect with your inner guidance and inner brilliance.

I primarily use modern hypnotherapy plus visualization techniques, EFT/tapping, subliminal recordings, NLP and other techniques.

In each session I will help you to come up with a well defined coaching request for the session. We not only focus on goals but who you need to become in order to manifest them. You can ask for support around ANYTHING that you need help with in your life or business.
The bulk of the time during the session, I’ll ask you a series of powerful coaching questions and actively listen to you talk as I help you to find clarity and solutions towards your coaching request.
At the end of our session, we will come up with an action and accountability plan for you to work on the upcoming week.
Based on what issues are coming up, I might offer alternative tools to help you get deeper results that are complementary to the coaching process that could include: hypnotherapy, meditation, visualization, reiki, tarot, EFT/tapping, etc. (with your permission of course!).
Your results are up to you, but most coaching clients gain immense clarity, freedom from what is holding them back and empowerment to pursue their biggest goals.

I use guided relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system which allows the mind to go into an altered state of consciousness, called the Theta state, where deep healing and changes to behavioral patterns can occur.

To prepare for a session with me, create a quiet and comfortable space for yourself. Ground yourself with a short meditation or breathing exercise. If you like burn some sage, palo santo or incense. After a session, rest and drink lots of waters. Between sessions, you may want to spend your working towards your goals, doing daily practices discussed during the session, journaling, spending time in nature and taking good care of yourself. You can reach out for support between sessions if needed via email or messenger.
